About Cindy
Bachelors in English, Masters in English Education from Stanford University, and
trained in Writing Road to Reading (Orton-based).
I have over 30 years of experience, Spalding (Writing Road to Reading) training, and 18 years of homeschooling experience. I also have a few years experience teaching in public, charter, and private schools. I can help the current "homeschooling" situation and help you to provide a calm and peaceful learning environment for your child.
I offer reading and writing instruction, as well as homeschooling and "homeschooling" consultation, whether you are temporarily "homeschooling" or for a longer period of time. I offer remedial, enrichment and homebound instruction. I use the Orton-based Writing Road to Reading for remedial reading. I offer my services in person or through Zoom or Face Time in the Minneapolis area, but Face Time etc. all over the world to English-speaking students.
